Phase2 was founded by Anthony Cannady in 2002. Prior to Phase2, Anthony spent 17 years as a sought-after recruiter, primarily in the information technology and the intelligence community. He had experience in both agency and corporate recruiting environments and had built relationships with an extensive network of renowned recruiters. Identifying the market need for a local and personalized approach to Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO), he began supporting Fortune 500 companies in their search for high-quality contract recruiters. From the very beginning, Anthony worked hand in hand with the industries' best talent.  In the spring of 2010, he left a full-time role in order to dedicate all of his time to growing the company. In less than a year, the company employed 10 contract recruiters across a variety of clients.
